OK, my question being is it truly Daniel or is another possession like Darcy? Cause, remember when they were taking Amber out another soul was trying to make his way in?! So it makes me question whether or not Daniel is truly Daniel. If he's not truly Daniel then I wonder what happened to him that opened him up to being possessed! Cause I only noticed he was acting funny after Mason was taken, so I'm wondering if something happened at the place where Mason was held and tortured. Cause, Daniel wondered off by himself. The whole Mason , Darcy , Vlad and Devlin situation is surprising. Vlad really surprised me, he actually acts more like Daniel did in the previous books. I'm wondering as to how everything is going to turn out for Mason in the end. I have a feeling so much heartache is in store for all major characters in this series. But I'm also hoping that the end is coming to. Mainly cause I want read some other books from the others POV's!Overall this installment had you always guessing at who was truly friend and who was enemy! Not knowing who you could trust at every corner, it was exhausting! And I was just reading it, so I'm sure for the characters themselves it had to of been disheartening to not be able to truly trust anyone for fear of them using anything they learned in your presence against you. I'm not sure how I feel about anyone outside of Mason, Darcy, Vlad & Devlin. And the only reason I feel those 4 can truly trust each other is just cause of how far any of them were willing to go to ensure that everyone was safe and protected. Other then my lingering questions following Daniel and his total turn about face I'm curious as to how everything is going to turn out for not only those 4 but for all of them.

I am so impressed with this whole series! Book 6 just takes the cake for an emotional roller coaster! I cried, I yelled, I swooned and I do believe that I may have called Belinda a bad word when I got to the end!
Mason and Darcy are again fighting for their love and their pack. Darcy is in danger first and true to his nature Mason will stop at nothing to save his mate. She knows that everything will not be ok, and has to tell Mason, Daniel, Devlin and Vlad. (Oh..Vlad..how I love thee!)
Finding out that The Master is out to get them Darcy has to be strong while Mason is in serious danger.
The plot twists and turns in Darkness Unleashed are awesome. I did not see things coming that happened and I love that. And true to HER nature Belinda left us hanging off that cliff again! But it is a good feeling to be on this cliff. I cannot wait for book 7 now!
I swear, these books just become more and more dreadful as I read on. Darcy and Mason are far from the easy-going couple they were in book one, and it's not even been a year for them since the day their world was changed forever. It seems as if the world stands eternally against them. Who can they possibly trust when those around them are falling to darkness?
We left off from book five with the revelation that Darcy is not who everyone thought she was, and that she's been trapped inside her own body, her spirit slowly dying as time dragged on. It is with great courage and determination that she held on long enough for her pack to save her, but the chaos, as always, never stops there.
Now there is the problem of the Master to contend with. Death follows in his wake, and none can find him to stop the war he presents to the races. His identity is hidden in the shadows, his presence one of pure evil, always lurking and simply bidding his time until the moment to strike the killing blow presents itself. The Mystic Wolves must uncover the identity of the Master before it's too late, and the world is dissolved into Hell. But the answer they uncover may just be a downfall in its own making.
As always, I thoroughly enjoyed being witness to the demonstrations of Love, courtesy of Darcy and Mason, which ultimately have the power to conquer the most dastardly of foes, and overcome the most deadly of obstacles; A love that would proceed them, even in death. The Mystic Wolves have firmly implanted themselves in my heart, and they won't ever be removed from it. I wait with baited breath for the seventh installment in the Mystic Wolves series, even as it promises to be far more heart-breaking than I could have ever saw coming.
Belinda Boring is known as the 'Queen of Swoon'- this time she delivers all the swoon and more- a punch that you don't see coming, and it will leave you staggering! So settle into your seats because once you start reading this one, it's impossible to put down!
Not everything is as it seems in book six of the Mystic Wolves. Darcy and Mason face the most challenging events of their lives in this book, and for Mason, the price to pay if he doesn't figure out all that is wrong, is absolutely everything. Add betrayal, deception, evil descending and you're in for a read like no other!
Pay close attention or the ending will blow your mind instead of just knocking you back in your seat. Outstanding read!
Note you may need a tissue handy and it's advisable that anything breakable is not within reach for the duration of the story!
The Queen Of Swoon, sweeps us in a fast paced, action packed delivery of Epic proportions!!!! If you thought you have read the biggest cliff hangers before then think again because this one deliver's a one two punch that leaves you breathless and in pure shock!!!! Mason and Darcy's relationship take one hit after another, Darcy and Mason are stripped to their most primal level yet their love for each other bind them closer with each new hit. It's not a question of what these two would do for love, it's more of a statement of what wouldn't they do? As they are pulled into positions much like a game of Chess, it's a race to stay one step a head of each new threat!!!! As crazy as the cliff hanger was I loved reading Darkness Unleashed, every seat gripping, thrill riding, swoon filled page.
